Neighborhood Care supports your wellness goals with free fitness classes, health education, nutrition workshops, family-friendly events, and more. We offer in-person and virtual classes, so you can join us at a nearby Neighborhood Care location or from the comfort of your home.
All classes and events are free and open to the public, but registration is required, unless stated otherwise.

Come celebrate the grand opening of our newest location in the Bronx! Join us for music, refreshments, wellness and nutrition giveaways*, free fitness classes, and site tours as you get to know your new neighbor. Get there early! Free bags of produce with fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables will be offered to the first 250 attendees*. We will also be hosting free Zumba and chair fitness classes. Bring a friend — this event is free and open to the community!
